Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
Fees are non refundable and non-transferable and missed sessions must still be paid for. However, members are welcome to make up a missed session on a day other than your normal one at any mutually convenient time within the paid for period - this does not include trials.
Tumble Tots Membership is required for all children attending classes, excluding those attending **specifically** trial sessions. There are two types of membership; Standard Membership and Membership Plus. The cost for the membership in £26 (including VAT).
Please let me know if you are leaving, so that I can offer your child's place to someone else.
Unpaid bookings not attended will be cancelled after a maximum of 2 consecutive missed sessions. These can be re-booked through the system for your new dates.
Photography is not permitted at any of the centres. If you would like to take a photo of your child, please obtain the permission of the Manager on the day and ensure that no other children are in the photo.
If extreme weather, or a major incident prevents us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your session by posting on our Facebook page and where possible by email. In that situation you will not be charged for the session.
Please do not bring your child to Tumble Tots if they have been sick or had diarrhoea within the 48 hours prior to the session or if they have conjunctivitis that is not being treated with antibiotic eye drops/creams. This also applies to siblings off school.
The equipment is for use by paid Tumble Tots members only. Adults and non-member siblings must not climb on or use the equipment. Siblings are welcome to join in at Circle Time.
No food or drink is to be taken into the session. Please leave all drinks and food with your shoes/coats in the changing area. Children can of course go to the changing area for a drink at any time during the session.
For safety reasons, children must not use a dummy during sessions and shoes and socks must be taken off by participants at the start of the session.
Abusive language or threatening behaviour towards Tumble Tots staff or other parents/families will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be using such language or behaviour will not be allowed to continue their session. If this is repeated, they will not be allowed to return to any Tumble Tots Epsom classes. In these instances, make-up session will not be offered and neither fees nor Membership will be refunded.
Parents/Guardians must stay on site while your child is attending Tumble Tots.
The safety of your children is our priority but remains your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines above and the advice given to you by Tumble Tots staff. In the event of an accident, please ensure you speak to a member of staff who will alert the First Aider. All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book and signed by the child's parent /carer.
By signing up to Tumble Tots Epsom you agree to receive communication from Tumble Tots Epsom in relation to classes and other information relating specifically to Tumble Tots Epsom.
